I saw many people getting Promoted. I would like if the Community and other Staff Members would be asked of they're Opinion. Like doing a Vote on the Forums or even a Event on the Steam Group. It shouldn't be only one Person who decides who gets Promoted and who not. You don't need to make that but some people may agree with me.

It not 1 person it is Moderators (not minimods) admins and leiton that decide who will be promoted next but some people (not mentioning anyone) will just promote people for no good reason and that havent been on the server/forums long enough and they never deserved it but they got it over senior members/regulars and more deserving people. Some of the more recent minimod have made themselves fit for the role and have become Splendid minimods though. No minimods need to be taken away btw.
