Yeah i'm pretty much stumped on what to do about this issue, i'm half certain its Gmod/steam updates causing it and half certain its just my piss poor computeror messed up files. The Gmod forums have been practically useless, so if any of you know whats wrong ill be glad to take your suggestions.

Edit: Still nothing fixed, ive tried just about everything and nothing seems to work, so i've given up on manual fixes for now and im just going to wait for some update to come out.
Ive also recorded some of the sound I was hearing with an ipod so you guys know what I was hearing, and also, this is 3 times more terrifying than the other video
