I suggest removing the ranks of inactive staff members such as spy and derpy etc. this would free up staff ranks for other players that better derserve those ranks and that will be more active.

You know I can't take a vacation in peace. Yea, I took a month vacation because it's SUMMER and I would like to be away from the computer and be with my friends. Also, for half the time I was out of the country, I tried to stay connected but it is hard on the go.
