If you are online and there are no mod/admins on and someone does something that deserves a ban (rdm and leave, mass rdm, ghosting, hacking..etc), please make a report. This also goes for instances where a Respected is on, but fails to have a successful vote-ban.
Remember, the requirements for a report are as follows: Name ID Cause w/ evidence
I personally suggest checking the 'status' in the beginning of every round. This way you have everyone's steam id for each round. You can check this by typing 'status' in the console. Also advised to bind it.
Also check damage logs after each round, and if there is an offense, take a screenshot of it along with the steam id of the offender.
Afterwards, make a thread with the cause of report in the title. In the post, include the person's username and type the steam id along with it. For the evidence, just put a link to the image from an image hosting site (imgur.com).
This way it's clean looking and easy to look at without taking up too much room in the thread. Especially if you're reporting multiple people.
That last bit is just my personal suggestion, you don't have to do it that way.

The binds you will need are as following:(and you can use any key for these) Bind key "TTT_print_damagelog" Bind key "status"
I hope these will help you for future Reports.
